It typically takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT process and ship orders the same day except the Quick-ship items placed before 12 pm (EST)
The Styling Unit is a custom hand-working, that is individually made to order (in America). It is not a mass produced item. Each unit is crafted by a member of the Fingercomber Artisan Alelier. Each one of our members is a seasoned professional at his or her craft, with no less than ten years of experience as a natural hair care professional. Each Unit is made with patience, care, meticulous attention to detail, and love of craft.
When your Styling Unit order is received, It takes up to 2 business days to process the order. At that time, it takes up to 7 business days for the unit to be crafted, and inspected by a senior designer. This does not include weekends. Once the unit passes inspection, it is packaged by hand, and shipped.
Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be processed ( If you order any item after 12pm(EST) except a Styling Unit on Monday, your order ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
