The Fingercomber Unit is a custom hand-working, that is individually made to order (in America). It is not a mass produced item. Each unit is crafted by a member of the Fingercomber Artisan Alelier. Each one of our members is a seasoned professional at his or her craft, with no less than ten years of experience as a natural hair care professional. Each Unit is made with patience, care, meticulous attention to detail, and love of craft.
When your unit order is received, It takes up to 2 business days to process the order. At that time, it takes up to 7 business days for the unit to be crafted, and inspected by a senior designer. This does not include weekends. Once the unit passes inspection, it is packaged by hand, and shipped.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a notice that your request has been forwarded, and you will receive order confirmation within 24 hours from Paypal. Once your unit has been shipped, you will then receive tracking information from us. The postmaster can take up to 4 days to update the USPS tracking system, and there have been cases where a client receives her unit before it shows up in the postmasters update.
